Is shipping really free?

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 30 days. Delivery can take longer during holidays or carrier delays. You'll get tracking details by email when available.

Can I return my order?

Because these are personal oral care items, we can't accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Are the whitening strips safe for sensitive teeth?

Our strips use PAP, a peroxide-free whitening ingredient that many people find gentler than peroxide strips. If you have very sensitive teeth or dental work like crowns or veneers, check with your dentist first.

How often should I use the whitening strips?

Is the charcoal toothpaste fluoride-free?

Yes. If you rely on fluoride for cavity protection, ask your dentist whether to use it alongside a fluoride toothpaste.

How do I use a tongue scraper?

Place it toward the back of your tongue, pull forward gently, and repeat 2–3 times. Rinse it and store it in the included case.
